Juicing is a straightforward way to stay ahead of yourself if you want to reach your health goals. It's fun and creative and produces immediate gratification because you now see the end product. However, it is time-consuming and a commitment. Before juicing, all the fruits and veggies must be clean and cut. Then the equipment and containers need to be ready to store a lot of the juice. After several run-throughs, empty the equipment, and the process starts again. It can become very tedious. And God forbid you to decide on juicing, buy all these fruits and vegetables, and all that money goes to waste because you never juiced. It's happened to me two too many times.
Here at the Majestic Healing Temple, we will not only juice it for you, but we can teach you and come up with a plan that can help you with the prep work. Our goal is to educate you first because we want you to be self-sufficient and thrive. And if knowledge is not enough, we will go with you to the grocery store, help you pick out what you want, and help you prepare it. NO EXCUSES. You ask, and you shall receive!
One of my favorite juices to make is Red juice; I like to call it Dragons Blood.
It contains beets, radish, cucumber, dandelion root, red chard, apples, ginger carrots, and pineapple. This juice is excellent for strength, endurance, circulation, and detoxification. It also has banishing, healing, and protection properties if you believe in magic. So drink our Dragons' blood if you're on a mission to tackle life and need all obstacles out of your way!
Green Juice is my day and night go-to drink; I like to call it Incredible Hulk or Sunfood.
It contains kale, spinach, celery, wheatgrass, apples, pineapples, and cucumber.
If you are looking for energy, immunity booster, longevity, and vitality, green juice is the way. I drink a shot or 8-16oz a day of green juice. There is no turning back once you get this goodness in your system. We have become addicted to the lightness of this drink. Incredible Hulk will sooth your stomach, boost your energy and prepare your shoulders to fly.
Power up (yellow juice for immunity)
Oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, apples, turmeric, and carrots
Power-up is an everyday shotta too. At all times, high immunity is essential. The one moment you think you're healthy is when something small like allergies or joint pain kicks in. With this Power-Up drink, you get the vitamin C you need and the anti-inflammatory properties that help fight everyday carcinogens and bacteria.
