Deposit

All services require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment and protect out therapist time. The remaining balance will be due after the point is completed. 

 

Rescheduling 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24hrs of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit.  

 

No Call, No Show will result in 100% of the cost of the service being charged to the card on file.  

 

Confirmation Calls Policy 

All appointments will be confirmed 24hrs prior to your appointment so please be sure to give the correct number. Members can text us directly for confirmation without a deposit.  

 

 

 

 

Late Policy 

There is a 15min grace period into your appointment time. After the grace period you are considered late. Your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited and applied to cover your appointment slot.
